In this App you can create & print labels one at a time via bluetooth(thermal printer from Amazon) only. There is no way you can save a label as template or a copy. No option to print multiple labels with different data. It only works for 1 single label to be printed at a time or multiple labels of the same label. This App needs basic functionality for consumers to fully utilise it.

This app has turned my printer into a paper weight. All of a sudden after update it won't search or connect my printer ( tried from 2 phones ). Now costing me a small fortune printing shipping labels from normal printer and looks unprofessional. This app is always messing up and after contacting the supplier of the app you get no reply. Absolutely useless and now looks like I now have to spend another £100 out on a different shipping printer. Please sort it out.

Hi I'm really sorry I need to contact the developer with this review. It's because your email address is unreachable. After the latest update, I cannot use my thermal printer POS 9210L. After every trial and error - cleaning, troubleshooting - I thought my thermal printer was broken. But luckily I try to change the settings in the apps one by one and only 1 specific setting works. So this indicates software error instead of my printer being broken. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thank you.
