Get this! Even if you do not find that you use it regularly, which is highly unlikely after you try it for a while, this will save your skin and provide peace of mind. We have all found that one item that we want but do not trust that the vendor is safe, so we skip it. This allows you to take the risk but ONLY risk the value that you set. There are MANY more use cases, but the safety layer added to my purchases is irreplaceable. I use the premium, but free works for most people.

The app and service provided works great when it works. When it doesn't, you better buckle up for an experience. Customer support is only available via email, and the responses tend to be repetitive and not ever truly fix the issues. I've been using it for years and I can say they offer a great service BUT I wish they would provide more self-help options on their website for issues instead of the pitiful customer support they offer.

I truly do love this app. However, as of recently, I seem to run into issues with the whole system. What happens when the Privacy card is used and specially with a primary merchant, the system does charge my account and then all of a sudden Privacy groups those payments and don't remove the first charges, so then in my back account it shows all those uses and then the grouped payments and I get doubled charge showing. So sometimes my account goes in the negative and then I wait for it to back.
