Updated to 5 stars. Called tech services and they cleared this issue right up! Very nice and professional. Unread message error sends notifications that you have something to review when you don't. I'm assuming that is why the notice comes. There has been nothing else there. I would give 5 stars if the unread messages from years ago were cleared out.

I have found this app somewhat difficult and tedious to use. I have Not found it to be all that helpful. I always dread having to use it. A lot of healthcare providers rely on it and I prefer to cut out "middleman apps" when it comes to getting pertinent health information. I prefer to deal directly with actual humans where my health is concerned. In my opinion, it has seemingly become a necessary evil when dealing with my Doctor's office(s).

The app is a bit buggy and it was strangr that it opens browser for login. An example of the bugs is showing that 7 messages were unread, which turned out to be messages that I sent up to 5 years earlier. When I open each message, they're removed from my unread display. But upon returning to the Home display, the messages are again stated as being unread and the message list shows the same previously read messages that I sent. This repeatedly happened when I tried again.
