This app is user friendly. Though when typing a message, there is a small glitch when trying to tap into the content to correct spelling or whatever. Also, you have to be sure to capitalize the beginning of each sentence. The auto correct is difficult to use, you have to tap on the word several times before you can correct it. Sometimes anyway. The design is very plain and generic. I guess that can be a good thing.

I had a bill due that I was not aware of. by the time I noticed it the billing department was not able to let me pay the balance. I called 4 times and finally had to pay a check for $2.00 and some change mind you. I sent the check and they cashed it immediately. The app still states I owe this balance. How can I get anybody to help me clear this debt? Communication with this company is very poor which is why I stopped going in the first place.

I have found this app somewhat difficult and tedious to use. I have Not found it to be all that helpful. I always dread having to use it. A lot of healthcare providers rely on it and I prefer to cut out "middleman apps" when it comes to getting pertinent health information. I prefer to deal directly with actual humans where my health is concerned. In my opinion, it has seemingly become a necessary evil when dealing with my Doctor's office(s).
