Signing in for the first 10 separate attempts and having to change my password each time was very annoying!!! I had to call in and get it fixed. ***Please make an option to view your password when signing in. Especially when it's an app that kicks you out so easily if the password is typed in wrong. These are medical records and trying to get help is not always an option when you really need to get in touch with your provider. Sometimes time is of the essence. ***

The app isn't very user friendly, I keep getting error messages when clicking on my health records or any other tabs besides messages. The only thing I see this app is good for is sending messages to your doctor's office. Other than that it seems that the MyChart Methodist app is far superior, I can maneuver just about everything within that app.

This app works well for most things. I was able to have a telehealth visit by video from my car, which was great. However I do notice when I select any of Health Record options (Lab Results, Care Summary, Medications, Health History) it opens a separate internet browser window to display this info. And when I log out of the app, the browser window remains open with my data visible. This concerns me from a data security perspective.
