It's ok. Frankly I wouldn't crow about it. It does basic things I would simply assume of it - mostly. The user interface changed 'frequently' in the past (meaning the every-few-weeks or months I logged on), seemingly more often for the worse. Very aggravating. It seems pretty stable the past few months. 🤞. One persistent gripe: For years(?) it's insisted I have 9 unread msgs. No matter how often I play along & reopen every msg, the same ~scolding awaits me. I don't report it anymore.

Haven't been able to access bill pay feature for a few days. Get error message "TRY AGAIN. An error occurred. Please try again." Not sure when mailing statements was replaced by emails and texts stating one has a balance. Would love to pay you, but please send a statement since your app is malfunctioning. Review edited down to one star based on developer's response. Why can't you mail a statement showing what was billed to my insurance, what was adjusted, what insurance payed and what I owe?

Hello, you can pay a bill by using the “More” button on the myPrivia dashboard. The app will redirect you to your patient portal, where you can pay your bill. If you’re having trouble viewing your billing information, please try logging onto your portal on an internet browser.

I have found this app somewhat difficult and tedious to use. I have Not found it to be all that helpful. I always dread having to use it. A lot of healthcare providers rely on it and I prefer to cut out "middleman apps" when it comes to getting pertinent health information. I prefer to deal directly with actual humans where my health is concerned. In my opinion, it has seemingly become a necessary evil when dealing with my Doctor's office(s).
