when using an android, entering long text in free-hand note is hard. When touching an areato edit, when the finger touches the screen, the keyboard gets in the way. your app is the only one that i've seen it. I'm a senior tech). To be successful, i have to hit the back button and then touch the one place on the screen where I want to make my next edit.

Buggy, doesn't work consistently, poor audio quality, UI is difficult to navigate. It's absolutely miserable to use, but unfortunately privia is gross and blocks browsers it doesn't want to work with. Just because it's not your favourite browser does not mean you block it. You don't have to actively support it either, but don't BLOCK it!!

The app. compared to other medical apps, needs better communication between patient & doctor. There's nowhere to get the care team's information (phone no./email/etc.) for personal service. If I schedule a virtual visit with a medical professional, I prefer to have someone familiar with my medical history - not just a random doctor or NP who happens to be on call. Okay for viewing bills & insurance information, and appointments, but still needs work.
