I appreciate that I'm able to communicate with my providers through this app. However, the receipt of that dialog is very limited. I have dialog in the box from 6 years ago, but not 7 days ago. It would be much more beneficial to be able to refer to recent conversations. It also doesn't allow me to send images. It allows me to attach the image, but then prompts that my message will be sent without the attachment. That is seriously unhelpful for a medical app.

Overall a decent app, but it repeatedly dropped photos attached to messages. The errors were not informative and it doesn't allow posting images without text (last message was 'attached', but there's no attachment) Why? filename incompatibility, size of the file. I feel like QA should have caught this.

This app is useless as it still redirects you to a browser anyways. By the time I was done with my session, I had three tabs open in the browser. From what? This is the whole purpose of a dedicated app; to alleviate the need to go through a browser. The layout and ease of use is meh... There is room for improvement. I used to develop web applications and this needs revisions and polishing. The developer delivered the bare essentials and that's it, "Here's you bill."
