Ratings and reviews

To start off, I get logged out every time the app closes. Not only do I have to log in everything (the app is not accessible either, so it doesn't work with password manager), I don't get notifications for messages, etc. UI is not particularly easy to use it easy on eyes. Can't see it download lab results. Doesn't show the full list of messages, and redirects to website for trivial things. I don't understand what is the purpose this app is serving other than a check box that you have an app?

Pretty useless. Every time I try to see anything about my account, results, information, it sends me to the webpage. I'm not sure what the point of the app is if that's all it's gonna do. I've asked help from customer service before, but they sent me in circles and didn't really clarify if it was a bug or if that's how the app is designed. The app itself works great and the interface is well-designed as a program; but it's virtually useless. Overall disappointing.

Too difficult to see test results and the new format change for test results makes it impossible to copy and paste information. It seems there's certain functions that are possible in the app but others that are only possible by using a browser -- it directs you when that happens. An example is trying to send a message to your doctor. Can't do that on the app got to log into the website.
