Easily one of worst app i have ever installed on my phone. 1. It runs slow, so slow that just opening the apps takes longer on my phone than installing other apps. 2. I don't usually be bothered by bad app ui/ux design, but this one is on another level. It's super confusing to navigate trough. 3. This app somehow let trough my verification under different name with my ID card which it itself autofills. Now i have a digital certificate that aren't even under my real name.

I just want to sign my document once a while but i need to take face verification every time i need to login. It takes a long time just only verified my data. I think it's better to submit a selfie instead using a face verification which i failed for almost 15 times. This apps really wasting my time.

I don't know why, but suddenly it takes a very long time to save the signed document. I have waited for 30 minutes and it's just keep on loading. This started since the latest update.
