Bad customer service. I have a problem updating the certificate and have done all the requirements in the app. But Cs asked me to upload a selvie with an ID card without a clear explanation even though I had done On the app, but instead it is asked to be in Manually. This is crucial information. Even in the app, we can't open it because of personal information, but instead we are asked to register manually. Why don't you just fix the system and verify that I have provided the data

worst app ever. if you're paying customer, good luck unsubscribing the app! I'm still trying to unsubscribe it after 1 week of communicating with bots.

This app is sucks. Every time I'm in a pinch, it always fails to load. I've tried restarting it multiple times, even switching my signal to the best one, but it still doesn't work. Please improve your system (if you realize your app is used by so many companies).
