Why do I have to subscribe just to use the e-meterai? I bought meterai long before it needed a subscription just to sign a document, and now I can't even use my already purchased meterai without a subscription.

i simply cannot use anything in the app installed in my phone. i still can use Privy in web browser, but I do not know why the app won't work in my phone

Quick response, at first when I need to directly chat to change my email address, I thought, what an inconvenience, moreover when you need to take a selfie with your id card. But all in all in only took me about 5 minutes, give or take. So, its tolerable. And the bit with id card selfie, when I think about it, it's because they're really took our data protection seriously. So, now I'm okay with it. And hope they keep the good work.
