Man Man
This app is essential for keeping up with proper maintenance. It works well, and Strava integration is quick and easy. I wrote a previous, more negative review, and the devs quickly reached out to me to solve the problem. While the problem was actually user error, this app's customer support is awesome as well.

Great app. Love the tracking and reminders and easy sink with Strava rides. But, I can't just log a service without it being on an interval. Adjustments or non interval (time, milage, number of rides) types of logging. Just an "As Required" intervals. I have seen other comments about this from 2+ years ago, but still can't do it in early 2022!!! That would make it 5 stars for sure!!!

I'm a former developer and part time bike mechanic, as well as a current lover of riding and judiciously working on my own bikes. I can honestly say this app is a game changer, more than any app I've ever used. I've never felt compelled to write a review of an app ever, even when I loved them, but in this case, wow this app just fit a need and executed nearly flawlessly. As mentioned I'm a former developer, so I can see the care put into this app. There are a few minor bugs here and there, specifically around time outs when entering data, and the SQL and/or Event Firing for sorting by next service when entering service for a part under an item (new feature). Other than that I haven't found much in my "testing". I have every nut, bolt, and part of my bikes in this app, as well as the torque for all bolts under the parts. This makes it super easy when working on something to look up torque values. I used to either have to reference something online or look up the manufacturers website every time since I would forget. It also makes a great reminder for bolt checks, general inspection, exposed drive-train cleaning, and lubing the chain. I take pretty good care of my bikes, but in setting everything up, I realized I wasn't doing enough checks on bolts or general inspection and found loose rotor bolts on my MTB, as well as debris in my road tire. Two things that could have caused a breakdown. With the newly added sort for next service, the only real improvement to the app I could suggest would be to simplify setup of bikes, as well as ensuring backup of data somewhere (I would be completely discouraged if I lost all entered setup data). Some kind of default for different types of bikes that will add most components and then let you replace the components with the actual one you have installed. That is where you will spend most of the time using this app, in the setup process. If you just want to add a couple things like some drive train stuff, etc... setup will be easy, but if you're as retentive as me, setup will take days. A lot of this will be looking up torque values, service intervals, maintenance, etc... and likely can't be avoided, but anything to make setup easier would definitely be helpful. App really is a game changer for keeping you safe and breakdown free, as well as being able to lump together service so you can Just Ride!
