i was just delayed for my payments for 5 months for some valid and very important reason. and they blocked my personal bank account. and when the time i was about to pay them the money i deposited on my own bank accnt has been hold and cannot be use. they just take the hold amount and didn't input in my tasheel accnt. when i call the customer service they are not very polite, like they don't like to do anything at all! not just one person but all the customer service i call multiple time!

very bad customer service, not a help at all. almost nothing can be done by the app you have to call the customer service by phone always and then as well twice because it's the banks regulations. welcome to 1995

I have bad experience this credit card. I asked customer care person about pending amount, but they said more what I used. I asked why is it more? they said this is the system. I asked what kind of system, explain but they said this is the system. think twice before enter to this
