I am very disappointed with Tasheel Finance's customer service. My approved limit was 2,700 SAR, and I received the amount. However, I cannot use the card because the app does not show the IBAN or the required card details. I called customer service 9 times. First, they told me to send an email, which I did, but I never received any reply. Later, they asked me to visit a Tasheel branch. I spent 50 SAR on transportation to go there, but my problem is still not solved, and my card is still inact
