hi. since yesterday the OTP for the credit card is not coming. i called customer care he said it has some problems and will be fixed in 2 hours. but untill morning. its not fixed. plz fix it as soon as posible

Since the update, I could no longer convert my purchases into installments. There is no more option in the app to do that. So basically, if you are purchasing anything, you are going to pay that in full. It is totally the opposite of what they advertised. EDIT: Changing of payment plans only works in the Baseeta App, not the Tasheel App. Tasheel does not send SMS informing that the recent purchase can be converted into installments. Clearly, it is not what is advertised.

this apps is not accessible to my phone. i dont know why. always saying that " no permission to open the app or connect settings. i dont know why.
