The Landlords Interim Electrical Visual Inspection Checklist solves the issue of proving the electrical installation is maintained and kept in a safe working order. BS 7671 IET Wiring Regulations recommend an interim electrical visual inspection is carried out at least every 12 months for ALL rental properties.
The interim electrical checklist details what to look for during the visual only electrical inspection, split into sections, once the task is completed you can select the item as passed (✓), failed (X) or N/A if not applicable.
At the end of the inspection you can save, print or email a PDF report of the routine check for your records.
