"ProVendorConnect" is an advanced mobile application geared towards multiple industries that rely on field technicians carrying out pre-scheduled or ADHOC field tasks or jobs.
ProVendorConnect app features at a glance:
1. Requires prior registration and cloud-environment setup and configuration.
2. This App is NOT for all Public cosumption. There is no Self Registration, as of now. Username/Password for the App is shared to the technician in a separate channel prior to using the App.
3. Sign In to the Mobile Application using provided Username/Password .
4. After Signing In to the App, the technician views all the assigned jobs to him i.e. NEW ( in Red ) and INPROGRESS( In Orange )
5. Technician edits a job , makes the Job status INPROGRESS, put comments , upload a picture and change Job STATUS to Completed.
6. Upload and comment before, during, and after uploading pictures for every job.
7. Technician can add a job ( if required ) using the App.
8. Once the technician marks the job status COMPLETED , the job disappears from technician's queue in the Mobile App and becomes available in admin's queue ( through a separate Cloud Interface) where the platform captures ADHOC & A-La-Carte job details for billing and payout amount assignments.
9. Technician can view Community Wise job rate details and also view his payout details using the Mobile App.Only view, there is no download option.
