Don't Waste Today is a free, open-source app that will:

✅ Help you understand how often you procrastinate
✅ Tell you why you procrastinate
✅ Give you the insights to take action to "unstuck" your life.

Here's how it works:

1️⃣ Choose when and how often you want it to check on you
2️⃣ At those times, the app will notify you to ask if you are procrastinating
3️⃣ If you are procrastinating, the app ask you why
4️⃣ The app will then show you a breakdown of your main reasons to procrastinate, as well as score you each day you use it

After using the app for a while you'll be motivated to improve your results and get your graph up to 100% procrastination-free.

Ratings and reviews

I love this idea. However, 4 hours into the alloted time window I have not received a single notification despite it being set to "a few times an hour." Its only purpose unfulfilled. Edit: I have no idea why but it started working. Does what it should! On the one hand it catches me wasting time and I can feel bad. I like that. But when I am productive, it interrupts that and I check my notifications and get distracted. Haha. Not sure how to tackle that dilemma ;)

READ FIRST!! I don't understand why it's mandatory to create an account BEFORE even seeing the app, how it works & if I like it. The reason given is so you can save & provide backup for the account. Anyone who simply wants to see what the app offers & if it'll work for their needs wouldn't be entering anything for you to save! Because of this I feel something shady is going on. I'll change my rating & happily*TRY* the app if you allow me without giving you my Google account information.

Im having issues like other people with not getting notifications at all, which kinda defeats the purpose of the app. If it help im running android 12, ONE UI 4.1. Good luck with fixing the issue!
