Sport, well-being; nutrition, different features will allow you to follow your progress: In the application, you can access your dashboard for daily monitoring.

From returning to sport to an advanced bodybuilding program, ProFIT France supports you in achieving your goals through varied training and an adapted diet.

Each exercise is explained with a simple video (more than 500 video exercises) of the movement, the number of repetitions to perform, the load to use as well as the rest time to take.

You can add sports and nutritional programs to your schedule yourself.
You will also have access, in your session, to a load calculator as well as the possibility of adding notes to inform your coach of your progress, your feelings and your difficulties.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS

Thanks to the statistics monitoring module, analyze your evolution and your progress over the short, medium and long term (change in weight, BMI, calories/carbohydrates/lipids/macronutrients/proteins consumed) and challenge yourself to stay focused on your goals.
