The EMIAS.INFO application provides an appointment with doctors in Moscow city polyclinics and access to their electronic medical records.

To view a medical card, you must obtain access to the card on the portal mos.ru.

To make an appointment with a doctor, you must have:

1. MHI policy registered in Moscow;
2. Attachment in any Moscow clinic.

The application connects to the EMIAS information system, receiving from it information about the doctor’s schedule, your current records / directions, sends a request for a new record or transfer, so the application cannot affect the following situations:

• The EMIAS information system is unavailable or is undergoing technical work;
• There is no (disappeared) attachment to a particular clinic;
• MHI policy is not in the databases of the city MHI fund

If you are dissatisfied with the quality and availability of medical care in the clinic:
• there is no necessary doctor / specialty;
• there is no time available for recording;
• disappeared (canceled in the clinic) made records;
• queues in clinics or a long wait for admission;
• poor-quality services from doctors or the registry;

you must contact the hotline of the Moscow Department of Health (+7 (495) 777-77-77), which is responsible for the organization of the work of city polyclinics.
