Safari Operations Logger is a simple local tool for organizing daily operational work for a small safari or reserve team.
Create work areas such as North Sector, Visitor Zone, Water Point, Equipment Storage, Observation Area, Main Route, or any custom area. Add tasks for each area, set a priority, and track the current status.
Use Priority labels including Low, Normal, High, and Urgent. Track each task with a Status such as Pending, In Progress, Completed, or Skipped.
When work is carried out, create a Work Log entry with the date, action completed, related area, final status, and an optional short note. For recurring operations, set a schedule so upcoming inspections, checks, and maintenance tasks appear when needed. Each completed occurrence is kept as a separate historical record.
Features:
• Create custom work areas
• Add daily operational tasks
• Set task priority and current status
• Create dated Work Log entries
• Schedule recurring checks and maintenance
• View current, overdue, and high-priority work
• Filter history by area, task, priority, status, or date
Safari Operations Logger follows a simple workflow:
Area → Task → Priority → Status → Work Log
The app is designed for everyday operational coordination. It does not provide animal tracking, tourist reservations, GPS staff monitoring, automated analytics, or complex reserve-management infrastructure.
