Have already missed on submitting the medication order twice. It is unclear whether the medication order went through or not. Everything seemed to have been completed after selecting the delievery slot but the order actually did not go through. same for the doctor, could not pick up the call when it was my turn if i had left the app.

Remember this name: Dr Soo Jing Wei. A tremendous doctor. Extremely good with kids and incredibly patient throughout the consultation. He goes above and beyond, and it really shows in how he handles both the child and the situation calmly. Friendly, patient, and very understanding, exactly what you hope for but rarely get. I genuinely hope more doctors on this platform can match his standard. If you ever need a teleconsult, look for him. You will be well taken care of The App is easy to use too

I can't even turn on the app anymore. It keeps on prompting "no internet connection detected." P.S. managed to go into the app, but login with singpass does not seem to work, the app keeps saying I'm not logged in?
