I’ve been using WhiteCoat for a while now and find it very user-friendly. The app is quick and easy to use, with simple navigation. Pricing is reasonable for both corporate and personal use. Doctors are generally quick to respond, and you can choose whether or not to receive medication. Overall, a great app and a pleasant experience, would recommend.

Used to be good until there was an issue and no response. Invoice shows consultation fee + meds ($27) but when I downloaded as photo or pdf, it only shows consultation ($13). The app doesn't allow screenshot so I can't file it to my insurance with only half the price showing on invoice

The connection kept freezing, and the doctor was quite rude. It felt like the doctor is frustrated with issues on their app and took it out on me. not professional at all.
