1st time user, would give a 3 to feedback a procedure/sop that was not stated beforehand. When providing the mediciation timeslot there wasnt a disclaimer that a pin to be provided to the driver and a missed delivery would result in addition payments. 1st time pov is normal delivery can be left at doorstep and an app benefits is to receive mc and medication without being there. It isnt intuitive to be required to be present else what is the point of the app? ps: cs has been kind and resolved it

Incomplete medical result no HBA1C for 3 months monitoring sugar, I paid for the medical report with incomplete data so expensive yet incomplete. The people who have been in our company purposely explain all this report are included yet missing in my report. No other option to complaint in the app and not easy to use. when you open it asking for credit card for payment. not really helpful.
