Previous experiences were good but last doctor was not caring nor asking the right questions. He just didn't bother to want to treat me due to potential link to preexisting condition which many other doctors were able to treat. Did not even bother asking my status of preexisting condition and the call was over in less than 2 minutes. Had the cheek to charge for consultation. Won't be using whitecoats again and have uninstalled it.

app kept crashing. video call synced, but not loading doctor missing. cant exit. cant re enter. this app is terrible

Have already missed on submitting the medication order twice. It is unclear whether the medication order went through or not. Everything seemed to have been completed after selecting the delievery slot but the order actually did not go through. same for the doctor, could not pick up the call when it was my turn if i had left the app.
