Have already missed on submitting the medication order twice. It is unclear whether the medication order went through or not. Everything seemed to have been completed after selecting the delievery slot but the order actually did not go through. same for the doctor, could not pick up the call when it was my turn if i had left the app.

19 May 26: App is unable to load despite repeated uninstalls/installs. So unreliable. 16 Jul 25: App is really bad. Second time using it and I am still unable to use the camera function, the buttons during the call does not work. The Dr had to cancel my call and I waited so extremely long in queue. Very poor experience

I can't even turn on the app anymore. It keeps on prompting "no internet connection detected." P.S. managed to go into the app, but login with singpass does not seem to work, the app keeps saying I'm not logged in?
