[Personal Loan Information]
Promise is a revolving personal loan. Upon repayment, the loan can be reused until the company suspends/cancels the service in accordance with the contract terms and conditions stipulated by the company and the Bank of Thailand. (The loan amount may change based on the company's credit assessment criteria.)

Loan Amount:
• For individuals with a monthly income of less than 30,000 baht, the maximum approved loan amount is no more than 1.5 times their monthly income, and they must have personal loans under the supervision of the Bank of Thailand with a total of no more than 3 financial institutions, including the Promise personal loan.
• For individuals with a monthly income of 30,000 baht or more, the maximum loan amount is no more than 5 times their monthly income or no more than 300,000 baht, whichever is lower.

Annual Interest Rate (APR): Minimum 15% - Maximum 25% per year, divided into 15% interest per year and a fee for using the loan amount of 0%-10%.
Calculation method: (Outstanding Principal x Interest Rate x Number of Days in Each Billing Cycle) / 365 *Round down decimal places.

Loan Repayment: The minimum payment is 3% of the outstanding balance. (Rounding down decimal places) or not less than 300 baht, whichever is greater. Payment can be divided into installments (minimum 3 months and maximum 428 months if no further loans are taken out).
*The company does not have a policy of collecting the full amount within 60 days from the date of loan disbursement.

Example of interest calculation:
Date 10/2/2023, customer signs contract.
• Loan amount 10,000 baht, transferred to customer's account, 10,000 baht, payable in 3 installments.
• Interest rate 25% per year.
• Due date: End of the month (payday).

Therefore, Installment 1, dated 28/2/2023, payment amount 3,500 baht (interest and fees for using the loan). 10,000*25%*18/365 = 123 baht. Principal = 3,377 baht. Remaining principal: 6,623 baht.
Installment 2, due 31/3/2023, payment amount 3,500 baht (Interest and fees for using the credit line: 6,623*25%*31/365 = 140 baht. Principal = 3,360 baht). Remaining principal: 3,263 baht.
Installment 3, due 28/4/2023, payment amount 3,325 baht (Interest and fees for using the credit line). 3,263 * 25% * 28 / 365 = 62 Baht. Principal = 3,263 Baht. Remaining principal: 0 Baht.

Total amount the customer must repay: 10,325 Baht, including interest of 325 Baht on a principal of 10,000 Baht at an annual rate percentage (APR) of 25%.
