Just updated the app (29th Feb 2024). The problem of not able to view the cards is still there. I have reported the bug of not able to view the credit card details (both physical and virtual) in the app last year. The technical support team said it is an known issue that they will fix. Have tried all methods that the technical support team suggested. None of them works. It seems the issue is still not fixed after so many months.

The app functions well but the animations after exchanging money are excessive. Could the app please respect device settings for "reduced/no animations"? The spray of confetti is like a jumpscare every time I exchange (fairly frequent). The button to return/view balance after exchanging should not be hidden outside the screen. If it's the only action available I should not have to scroll down to move on. The device native back button should not be disabled on that screen as well.

Change my rating for this app to 1 star, because once you put in your credit card detail for topup purpose, you can not remove it from the app.. i think this is violation of PDPA requirement, since I am giving my personal information, but I am not given option to remove it from your system! Update: now cannot login, after enter phone number and otp, asked to enter my email. Then receive error that email already in used. How to login? Seems like the 'login' for only for new user registration.
