Not able to activate my physical card, even after following the instructions provided by customer service. Customer service can be greatly improved if customers can speak to agents for immediate assistance to recrify / troubleshoot the issue. Because it is just too time consuming to be emailing to and fro, and waiting for replies (which is only during office hours).

"It's not that good" because you can only trade up to 10 currencies in advance (THB included, and some currencies must be withdrawn at an ATM that supports the exchange). and depends on the local bank whether there are additional fees or not) and the service is not that good. And If you are looking for a multi-currency exchange. This app can only work with certain support currencies. Online payment option is not available in this app (Ex. QR Payment or Local Bank payment) or Card if you lucky...

They have perks with some partners. The trick is the customer needs to pay with a Youtrip card. However, there is a bug that prevents me from registering the card with the partner's payment portal. I contacted Youtrip and I was given a solution. I followeed the steps but the same problem persists. I contacted Youtrip several times but I think they ghosted me. The customer service by the name of Sylvia. I think its a bot.
