When switching UTrip app to SMS to get OTP code, UTrip switch back to login mode, this is not helpful; how are you suppose to retrieve SMS OTP codes or getting my banking app OTP codes ? Should allow to stay in background Need to have a separate limit for pending spent transactions and top up. Some items take too long to clear, as long as 7 days! Not a good business proposition to encourage frequent use of this card. Minor savings if you only allowed $3K spending. Keep your credit cards handy!

Youtrip deducted my money when I did not use the card. Multiple transactions fraud. It went into a negative -283.34 even when it deducted to zero, it can still be deducted to negative? Raised a report and the support team is so unhelpful and just replied in templates, repeating itself but nothing is solved. Eventually closed my case when they did not even investigate. Youtrip is a scam. You just can't get your money back when you put credit into it. Beware. It happens after few transactions.

Unable to login after logging out. I input my email address and it says the email account already exists or too many attempts. I can't access my YouTrip account for my trip. Pls help solve this issue fast! Thanks very much for helping to resolve the issue within a week. You have a great customer support team! Changed my review from 1☆ to 5☆!
