Bro, I applied for the utrip card over a month ago, and guess what? Its still not approved LOL When I wrote a feedback to open up a ticket on it taking too long, I get an immediate update the next day that youtrip support Kassandra has resolved the issue by escalating this issue AND closing the ticket straight after. It's been 4 days since that happen. Thanks support. Thanks alot. I still haven't gotten the dam thing

I found the top up using PayNow and bank transfers easy and smooth, and using the card whether online or physically to be hassle free. The app is also well polished. However, the notifications are not segregated into proper channels (e.g. marketing, transfers etc)for the OS to manage so it's impossible to lower the notification priority of their lucky draw ad notifications. day one of travel. request for refund to one of my transaction. because merchant charge twice for same item. then card was suspended till now day travel of travel. had been sending them messages to unlock that card. no action from youtrip. would i want to use the card again. if you are reading this review and thinking of installing the app and applying for this card. think hard about this suitation im in now. im on holiday in a foreign country without money to use. i doubt youtrip care.
