When switching UTrip app to SMS to get OTP code, UTrip switch back to login mode, this is not helpful; how are you suppose to retrieve SMS OTP codes or getting my banking app OTP codes ? Should allow to stay in background Need to have a separate limit for pending spent transactions and top up. Some items take too long to clear, as long as 7 days! Not a good business proposition to encourage frequent use of this card. Minor savings if you only allowed $3K spending. Keep your credit cards handy!

I cannot access my credit card details due to a persistent server error. I reached out to customer service, but they were unhelpful. They claimed it’s a known issue and advised me to use Wi-Fi instead of 5G. The problem is, every other app on my phone works perfectly, yet this issue still hasn’t been resolved. The technical team has been completely ineffective, and it’s frustrating.

I really don't understand what is the issue with the application... It's frustrating to keep refreshing the app whenever the app crashed. Less than 3second on the app, it will freeze. It has been updated, it has been rebooted, same issue.. A simple transfer transaction when normally it took less than 5mins now it can go on for 1/2hr and still not able to transfer out.
