Terrible experience. Would continuously add money, only to have my card rejected during transport (apparently I need to tap it once to "activate" after each tap out, meaning I can't use it until the next day). Had multiple times when transactions failed, even after verification. Worst still, I cannot transfer any of my money back to my bank account. It is extremely frustrating and I definitely don't recommend this app to anyone

Nice app to use, except the problem of recent transaction not shown when it is proceeded with the apps open. Poor customer service, not really in terms of the response time, but more towards the types of the support one can actually get as well as quality of the response received. To them, they can only advise you what to do and you're expected to handle the case yourself, regardless where you are and whether it is feasible for you to carry out their advises. Exploring other apps now.

Insecure app. How can a random 3rd party phone number sign you out of your account. When calling the call centre, it says there is no log of another phone number trying to sign in to my account. Do better on security. It's a freaking transaction app. And when opening up the app why do I get a pop up saying that I was logged off because another phone number signed in to the account?

Please note that there might be a misunderstanding as it is not possible for a 3rd party phone number to sign out of your account for you. As per what our agent have mentioned, upon checks, there is no log of another phone number acting malicious on your account.
