Terrible I've been here for hours trying to connect I have done everything that was instructed. Turn on Bluetooth on both devices Enable local local network Made sure both devices had wifi connection. Uninstalled and reinstalled both apps. I made a mistake by paying for the year but I didn't think it would be this bad being that their flagship app Promptsmart pro has no issues. Someone from the company need to help because we paid for the product

Hi there. Happy to help. Please send a message to our support desk and we will assist. FYI - both the remote app and Pro app need to be updated for the pairing to work. The new Pro app is not backwards compatible with old versions of the Remote Control. Sorry for any inconvenience!

**EDIT UPDATE HAS RENDERED REMOTE UNUSABLE I loved the program and bought the subscription to the teleprompter app the remote worked with Now the remote won't connect to the same device,same app, same phone, on same wifi network in the same place. Nothing changed but the app interface! Pls fix! ----- It is a very very simple remote control for the telepometer but it works very well it is a simple Bluetooth connection that allows you to scroll stop and rewind it is very simple but very helpful.

WARNING: BLUETOOTH FEATURES UNRELIABLE. DON"T PAY FOR THIS APP. The concept for this remote is smart, but the execution of the app is terrible. I am a solo video producer, so the idea of a teleprompter with auto voice track and wireless remote was very appealing. When it works, it's pretty good. Some days, it won't maintain a bluetooth connection. It's incredibly frustrating, and unreliable. This has been messing up my video production schedule, and I'm about to cancel my subscription to this app. I've been working through all the standard trouble shooting steps. I've paired and re-paired the bluetooth devices, i've uninstalled and re-installed the apps, i've completely wiped and reinstalled the AndroidOS on the teleprompter tablet, i've turned off all the bluetooth devices in the area. I've tried different phones as remotes. I've emptied app caches. If I'm paying a monthly fee to the developer for this app, then they need to make their software work properly and reliably. This is not acceptable.
