This app was really slow and lagging with wifi on. I figured out that you can finish it fast with no lag (thanks to customer service) by using airplane mode. First you have to sign in using your zip code and access code. Then before resuming, go to airplane mode. After you can resume and there won't be any lag or delay so you can finish up fast. Hope this helped someone.

It's not as bad as most claim. It is time consuming, yes, but so is a walk through. Had I not had to pause a few times, I'd have had the inspection done within a 20 minute period with absolutely ZERO issues with uploading videos/photos (never once did a video continue to record), & ZERO crashing issues. Was rather a painless process. A bit of patience does go a long way. My only complaint is...I'm not getting paid to do someone else's job (hence the 4 star rating)!! 🤷‍♀️🤣

just follow the promts and don't do the whole house at once. the will have you go back and do all the areas they need. very easy to do!
