This app was really slow and lagging with wifi on. I figured out that you can finish it fast with no lag (thanks to customer service) by using airplane mode. First you have to sign in using your zip code and access code. Then before resuming, go to airplane mode. After you can resume and there won't be any lag or delay so you can finish up fast. Hope this helped someone.

Tried changing an answer as to whether or not we have another HVAC or heating system. clicked the edit button and rather than giving me a yes or no option, it gave me a "Let's do it" that crashes the app, after I spent a couple of hours already going through the house and answering questions and taking pictures and videos. Very frustrating.

Support always seems to say "we'll be back tomorrow" (thanks I'll just go back and forth every day to the property!). App gets stuck in random places, then troubleshooting from support doesn't work. Aaaand, the best part it doesn't let you upload pictures and videos from outside the app so you either don't do it or you go back again and again and again and hope there aren't technical issues again and again. (Oh, takes more than 30-40 minutes to complete) Edit: no option to upload later with WiFi
