App is constantly crashing. Open photo page and the entire app just closes on you. Was told phone needs to be factory reset. By reading these reviews I seriously doubt we all need factory rests. And all my crews are complaining about crashing constantly. Very frustrating to work. I am going to let clients know that this is causing frustration in the field for their vendors when on this app. Please get these issues resolved otherwise we will be forced to look into other photo app options.

this app freezes up and doesn't want to sinc or when you take a lot of photos, as on multiple day jobs it will lock up and not function at all. I am asking initial secure field services to start using something different... this sucks!!! I think this is getting worse. locks up and staggers. I have contacted 4 times still not working any better , actually after OS update its worse.

It is bad, has been for years. Even with high end phones the app crashes if you lock screen with camera going then you need to log back in. Sometimes it takes several minues to "authenticate session" whatever that means, even after being at a property all day for a project. Finally when time to sync; it often won't sync in background if you go to do bids, emails or pop up your next stop on Google maps. 5 years.... its still awful. Pruvan worked alot better but some clients want this format
