Proptia is the premier cloud-based visitor management software for forward-thinking residential and commercial properties. This is the official Proptia mobile app that allows residents and employees to manage their visitor list, register visitors and vendors, and issue digital ePasses.

Ratings and reviews

Lack of features is the main reason for the 1 star. Why can't I create a QR for a permanent guest? Way can't I create a quick QR for myself? You only allow permanent guest access for a year. When you go to update the perm guest dates to extend another year, you have to update the start date first, then you update the end date, which again is only a year out. With a guest pass, you only have to update the start date, and the end updates automatically. Please allow for perm guest too.

App doesn't do much and what it does do is clunky and awkward. The developers just aren't good at UX (the website is also atrocious, so you know it's a developer issue). Why can't I easily see the QR and code assigned to my guest? Why must I email or share urls to PDFs with myself to download them? Do they not realize that Delivery drivers don't download random PDFs to get gate codes? You have to put them in the delivery instructions ...

Buggy, yet somehow oversimplified, poor excuse of an app. They also have an obviously fake "reviews" picture on their website that indicates they are rated 4.5 on Apple, 4.5 on Android, 5 stars on Google, and 5 stars on Linkedin. This is a fabricated picture, and it is false advertising.
