A great app, easy to use, reliable and efficient. You are in control of everything related to your alarm system. You may ask for pictures from all detectors, as well as access all active cameras. You are able to deactivate the system too in a secure way. It also allows you to stay in touch with Prosegur assisting department. 5 stars.

Updated. Original issue: app asks to "secure device" every single time when starting, this requires sending an SMS, yet Prosegur couldn't send it. After many calls to support, we found an agent who could fix the issue (the fix was at Prosegur side). Previous support agents had been unable to fix the issue, telling us "just skip it every time, as the feature is not actually needed". I upgraded to two stars, the app shouldn't allow such problems to happen in the first place.

I haven't been able to download my invoices from the app for over half a year now! When will you fix this bug? Every month I have to call the office and ask to send invoices to the mail. When trying to download any invoice in the app, an error message appears: "An error has occured while downloading the invoice. Please, try againe"
