About this app

ProtedGO is an optional Bluetooth companion app for EvoKnee and supported Proted products. The prosthetic device retains its basic operation without the mobile app.

View supported device connection and battery status, access operating modes, review step summaries, and open product help. Depending on training and approval status, authorised users can access calibration, saved-setting, and firmware update tools. You can also send messages and selected photos to Proted Support from the app.

Technical diagnostic data is sent only with your explicit permission, which you can withdraw in settings at any time. You can permanently delete your account from within the app.

The ProtedGO mobile app is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. EvoKnee is a separate medical device. Follow the product instructions and guidance from an authorised clinical professional when changing device settings.
