TapTapHelp for Family lets you help a connected parent or family member with their Android phone.
Pair the two phones with a QR code or six-digit code. You can call and request help, send a request without calling, or start help while already on a call. The parent must approve each session before screen viewing or remote actions begin.
During an approved session, view the parent's screen and assist with taps, swipes, Back, Home, Recents, and text entry in non-password fields. Connection status and delay are shown, and either person can end the session. Lock screens, password fields, and other protected content cannot be viewed or controlled.
Screens and commands are end-to-end encrypted between the paired devices and are not stored on the relay server.
Requires the separate TapTapHelp for Parents app on the supported Android phone receiving help and a stable internet connection. TapTapHelp is intended for live family assistance, not unattended access, surveillance, emergency response, or device management.
Help a parent's phone remotely, only while they approve the session.
