TapTapHelp for Parents helps you get phone assistance from a trusted family member.
Connect once with a QR code or six-digit code. When help is needed, call your family member or send a help request. Screen sharing and remote actions start only after you approve that specific session.
During an approved session, your family member can view the screen and perform taps, swipes, Back, Home, Recents, and text entry in non-password fields. A visible End now control lets you stop help at any time. Lock screens, password fields, and other protected content cannot be viewed or controlled remotely.
TapTapHelp uses Android Accessibility only for this core family-assistance feature. You must accept the in-app disclosure and enable the service yourself in Android Settings. It is not used for unattended access or automation.
Screens, remote commands, and entered text are end-to-end encrypted between the connected devices and are not stored on the relay server.
Requires the separate TapTapHelp for Family app on the helper's device and a stable internet connection. TapTapHelp is not an emergency, medical, anti-theft, or device-management service.
Get phone help from family only after you approve each session.
