Ux is poor - why isn't the club schedule easily accessible? Buggy - If you accidentally book a class its impossible to cancel it - the app just times out when trying to cancel - and then they give you a "penalty" preventing you from booking any other classes Update: Bug seems to have been fixed in latest version.

The app is unintuitive and slow. The pop-up banner at the start is frustrating and blocks the QR code access. To make matters worse, the locker section is glitchy and the user flow is far from simple. update: - login redirect you on an external page that does not work well with Google password manager - when you receive the code for password change paste is disabled for no reason
