I'd give it zero if I could, and I've now uninstalled it after a few months of trying to use It. Signup is frustrating; it is slow to send commands; status updates are unreliable; vehicle location often doesn't update; it logs out frequently, and requires a difficult to type password be used for re-authentication every time, even though my phone itself is secured. My Opel Mokka is amazing, so why would they let it be managed externally by such a shoddy app?

The app behaves erratically. I actually managed to connect my car to it, but the app constantly gives false information like saying that my door is open when it is not. Very few functionalities are offered and Opel wants to charge for additional ones, which makes no sense because the app experience is awful, no one is paying extra for that. Opel should hire some real developers and re-create this app from scratch, because the car itself is good but the app is a disaster.

MaxSpeed “TimeTraveler” Mach
this is a terrible app. it has no features as advertised and barely works. Charging to a set percentage is not available nor any other useful features. I'd give it zero stars if I could but it just takes to the site if I say I don't like the app and won't work anymore.
