About this app

MYPEUGEOT, the application for PEUGEOT owners, allows you to connect to your vehicle with your smartphone. It has been designed with integrated technologies to enhance your PEUGEOT driving experience before, during and after each journey.
Before: The location of your parked PEUGEOT vehicle is displayed on a map along with your current location, helping you to find it more easily*.
During: The app tracks your journeys and monitors the distance, fuel consumption and driving efficiency of each journey*^.
After: Once you’ve parked your PEUGEOT vehicle, the app can help you to navigate the way to your final destination on foot*^.

The MYPEUGEOT application will display data specific to your vehicle including the fuel level^, mileage^ and reminders of when scheduled servicing is due.
MYPEUGEOT also offers several other helpful features:
- Manage multiple PEUGEOT vehicles in the same application.
- Locate nearby PEUGEOT dealerships and their contact details.
- PEUGEOT news and offers relevant to you.

For added convenience, MYPEUGEOT also provides you with all of the useful telephone numbers, allowing you to easily get in touch with PEUGEOT Assistance, Contact PEUGEOT and dealerships.

All PEUGEOT models are compatible with the MyPEUGEOT application. However, if your PEUGEOT is not equipped with Bluetooth or does not have the ability to use our Connected Services, the ‘Driving’ tab (which provides details of your journeys, fuel consumption and mileage) is not displayed. You can still enjoy all of the other features of the app.

* - Available with a smartphone that has a network connection and geolocation services.
^ - Available for vehicles equipped with Bluetooth and able to access Connected Services remotely.

Very disappointing that even the most basic connected services aren't available after the 6 month "free" period. The e3008 is not cheap, so disabling basics like checking charging status, trip management and parked car location seems a very ill-judged marketing ploy. The subscription price is the same as for YouTube premium, so where would I rather spend the money? App is now useless.

Struggled to even get my account set up. Told the app I was in the UK but the verification email came to me in Ukrainian. Had to run it through Google translate to work out what to do. So... Eventually activatedy account. Then for ages I got a message saying I've logged in correctly... But then threw a "technical" error and sent me back to the log in screen. After persevering for ages I finally got in... What a faff! The omens aren't good for actually using it for anything useful.

Update. After your generic response, I have emailed and tried to contact you via the app, but haven't received a response in 2 weeks and the contact us "function" in your app doesn't work. Doesn't work. Have managed to sync phone to car. Have paid 13 quid for first month, which is now proving to be a waste of money or a scam. Have no remote functionality at all. Can't see car charging, can't control temp. Pointless app.
