I was pleased for the first couple of weeks. However, once I hit the original numbers/weight I entered at the beginning, it doesn't progress beyond them. It's had me lifting the same weight for the past three weeks, no matter how often I succeed. If I need to do the math and put the numbers in manually, I may as well go back to my own spreadsheet. Very disappointed but glad I didn't spend money on the app.

great app recommendations: 1. custom rest timers and have it ring a bell so i know when to start without having to check phone 2. ability to add accessories. i have to log my accessories with a diff app rn 3. ability to edit past workouts. currently no option to change a previous workout if i inputted wrongly

Great, no nonsense, simple, clean and slick interface, progresses your workouts automatically so no need to calculate and make sure you're progressively overloading. Tracks and logs your workouts too. What more could you ask for? I honestly can't think of anything else I'd add here. This is a 5x5 workout app. It's a specialized lifting and muscle building routine, so maybe in the future they can add more different workouts with the same slick interface?
