I opened and uploaded my documents for tier 2/3 on the 11th of last month all I get is this Hello ELIJAH, Kindly note that your Account upgrade to Tier 2 was Not Approved, due to the reasons below: without even stating what caused it and I still can't upload it anymore because all uploaded processes are showing awaiting approval

It looks as if it was a 419 that's in control of this bank, how I wish I could rate it minus zero. I can't withdraw what I have in the bank, OPAY will never restrict you from transferring nor withdrawal, but this nonsense Bank will keep telling you, insufficient funds where my funds are sufficient. I am going to delete the app immediately to avoid these scammers.

Till now you didn't update my account to level 2 & 3 after I provided all what you need for upgrading, I want to do business with it, but you're discouraging me for using your mobile banking, in that case iwill continue using my opay and palmpay account, you fail me for not upgrading My account, how did I do business with level 1 account?
