Ratings and reviews

Great overall app and bank for small businesses, but doesn't currently partner with any ATMs for fee-free cash withdrawals, and the app has a bug on android where if you tap on a notification for a recent expense, it will open the app and show you the transaction details, but the app is frozen and you can't select or interact with anything. The app has to be closed and reopened in order to navigate.

I absolutely loved Found. The app was really informative and easy to use BUT in the past few weeks it has started running really slow and a lot of the time after I try to sign in through biometrics it won't open and it is very frustrating not being able to access my account. Besides that I like Found. 2025 update, Same issues here and I'm about to just close my account bc it's really frustrating not being able to get my balance when I open the app...

I needed a business account & this seemed perfect. They allowed multiple fraudulent withdrawals in a short span of time until the account was negative. When I notified them of the fraudulent charges, they did nothing. They continued to allow charges to be made & the account to continue to go further into the negative. Very disappointing. I essentially had to stop using the account because they continued to allow fraudulent charges even after being notified.
