DOESN'T WORK!! If I sign in through website it works but the app freezes doesn't pull up my information sometimes doesn't pull up anything very bad they need to fixed that shouldn't have to go through website should just be able to download app and have it readily accessible when needed only continue my care because I love my therapist my NP & the staff but if I could give zero I would I deleted the app wasn't worth it

doesn't save information. cancels appointments if you hit a completely different button. won't update insurance or debit card info. service is great. tye drs ars awesome. app needs replaced
