DOESN'T WORK!! If I sign in through website it works but the app freezes doesn't pull up my information sometimes doesn't pull up anything very bad they need to fixed that shouldn't have to go through website should just be able to download app and have it readily accessible when needed only continue my care because I love my therapist my NP & the staff but if I could give zero I would I deleted the app wasn't worth it

Wonderful Experience! Dr. Emily Rivera has been amazing! She makes me feel comfortable, listens with no judgment, and has changed my life with the medication change! Customer service has been great too! They have made it very easy with my insurance and the virtual appointment option is great!

App won't allow me to make an account. Fields are filled, but the code doesn't like something. This is really basic stuff, how do you get this wrong? The previous review from over a month ago complains about the same issue.
