This app has genuinely helped me manage my anxiety and mood swings better. The excersises and tools are simple but effective, and i like how it's structured to guide you without feeling overwhelming. I've bern using it daily for journaling and checking in with my emotions. and it's really improved my motivation and ability to stay calm in stressful moments. Definitely feels like having a mini therapist in my pocket. Super Helpful when i need a quick mental reset.

Psyhelp is an amazing app for managing stress and emotions. Especially what I have gone through in the past couple of months, this app helps me a lot to reduce my stress, depression, and anxiety. It's kind of a lifesaver for me because the daily micro-therapy sessions really help boost motivation and self-confidence in a simple, effective way.

When I first got in touch with Alex over 4 months ago, I was struggling with anxiety, mild panic attacks and depression. I was not connected to myself at all and I didn’t know who I really was and I doubted every single thing about what I thought I wanted, what I knew, I had no real sense of self.
