Ratings and reviews

Be wary of this bank. It takes them split seconds to mess up your account. They can't get their acts together. A bank where sms, email, app and bank statement of account do not tally. One day you can be happy to see your money in your account, the next day you can have a negative balance and when you inquire they can't provide satisfactory proof because their sms, email and app is disputing the fallacies they come up with. I don't recommend them, they can't be trusted with your money.

I didn't want to rate this app at first because I don't want people to saturate the good services they provide....never in my life have I witnessed a traditional bank with such level of organisation, ease of service and swiftness, this is by far the best bank ever. I applied for a visa card on the app and I received a message to come pick it up in less than 7 business days (5hours away from Lagos). Very secure mobile app, instant transactions, the customer service Omo....

I just lost money yestrday all because of this app. you will do a transfer but can't tell wen transaction is pending or not, no receipt to send at that time. account balance will remain thesame, you will refresh but nothng changes. now someone else helped me to do the transfer. I woke up this morning to find out that my balance has reduced because you won't get a debit alert at that time. I hve been stranded in the market several times. somtims peple think I do fake transfer in the market 😥
