The app comes with special security features such as panic, mask and sleep modes to keep you secured all year round. Additionally, there is a light and dark mode feature for your viewing experience.

I love the customer service experience

I didn't want to rate this app at first because I don't want people to saturate the good services they provide....never in my life have I witnessed a traditional bank with such level of organisation, ease of service and swiftness, this is by far the best bank ever. I applied for a visa card on the app and I received a message to come pick it up in less than 7 business days (5hours away from Lagos). Very secure mobile app, instant transactions, the customer service Omo....

Be wary of this bank. It takes them split seconds to mess up your account. They can't get their acts together. A bank where sms, email, app and bank statement of account do not tally. One day you can be happy to see your money in your account, the next day you can have a negative balance and when you inquire they can't provide satisfactory proof because their sms, email and app is disputing the fallacies they come up with. I don't recommend them, they can't be trusted with your money.
