I downloaded and opened an account with your bank because I've seen some reputable Christian institutions use it, but my issue is your network connection issue is terrible even at critical transaction times. and when I use the same network to access about five other bank apps, it connected seamlessly, except yours. Please fix whatever the issue is. Premium Trust, I honestly want to trust your services.

Good day, Please make it easier for customers to recover their account details. I currently have an account, but I forgot my username and paswrd and I am trying to recover them. However, there seems to be no alternative way to retrieve my login details. You are requesting my account number and username, but I do not have access to those details. Kindly update your system to allow customers to log in using only their account number or phone number, and then send a verification code very poor bank

This bank needs upgrade... In emergency situations don't use premium Trust. Don't bother putting your money here otherwise you will be stranded. Personally I don't leave my money no matter how small with them and I don't save with them either. I even regret opening an account with them. This bank has no customer friendly orientation. Being a bank takes a great deal. You can't just open a bank without any form of competence. Always having network issue. This app is useless!
