I'm having issues with signing up . It has happened more than thrice, at first I thought it was my data/network but it wasn't. Whenever it gets to the end of the face verification aspect, my phone will just go blank, making the process stressful to me.

This bank needs upgrade... In emergency situations don't use premium Trust. Don't bother putting your money here otherwise you will be stranded. Personally I don't leave my money no matter how small with them and I don't save with them either. I even regret opening an account with them. This bank has no customer friendly orientation. Being a bank takes a great deal. You can't just open a bank without any form of competence. Always having network issue. This app is useless!

I cannot rate this bank or their app, half a star. Imagine delaying urgent money for as long as 17hrs! They are always having network problem. I mean if you can't beat what we have in ground why even start in the first place? Why send money to a bank and not have access to it when you need it. This bank is even getting worst! It takes several weeks if not a month to open an account with them, another week to credit you the 2000 you used to open the account and an extra 2 weeks to get a card
