About this app

HatPick turns a tablet into a trade show booth kiosk. Visitors enter their details on one screen, and each entry goes into a raffle that staff draw from when the event ends.

At the booth
- One form: first name, last name, title or rank, company or unit, country, mobile number, email, and an optional note.
- A business card can fill the form: the tablet reads the card's text, or its contact QR code, on the device. The visitor checks the fields and submits.
- Duplicates are refused: the same email or the same mobile number enters an event once.
- The front camera takes a photo of the entrant when they submit, so staff can put a face to a lead. A one-line notice under Submit says so.
- Kiosk mode keeps visitors on the form: Back does nothing, the system bars are hidden, and only a staff PIN leaves it. Screen pinning is available.

The draw
- One winner per tap, picked at random from everyone who has not already won. Every draw is logged before the winner is shown.
- A full screen reveal for announcing winners.

After the event
- Export the entries as a spreadsheet (CSV), a full archive (ZIP with the draw log, photos and a database copy), or a PDF report with every entrant.
- Send an export to another app, or save it to a folder on the tablet.

Your brand
- Colours, fonts, splash image and logo per event, with a live preview and contrast warnings. Brands move between tablets as a single package file.

Private by design
- Works completely offline. HatPick has no internet permission.
- No account, no sign-in, no cloud, no analytics, no ads.
- Entries stay on the tablet until staff export or delete them.
