Just started using it, but it does offer plenty of options for subscribers. For free users, there are only a few choices, but that's enough to get the idea of the app over time. After installing and setting up, the immediate offer to try the premium 3-day free trial or the $4.99 monthly subscription can be skipped by using the small 'x' in the upper left corner, potentially followed by a 59-hour, half-off $9.99 annual subscription. There's no indication of whether this is the renewal price.

I really enjoy the app! It's super easy to use and the reminders are helpful. But, I'd like to make a recommendation. What if a calorie counter and workout journal was built in? I think for me, it would help because then I'd have a better idea on what to plan for food wise to achieve my goals. Just food for thought. Lol, pun not intentional.

The app is decently set up; colorful, easy to read, simple starting process. It goes through weight, height, if you're new to fasting, goals, etc.. pretty basic. Then it DOES indeed go through not one, but two screens that immediately offer/ask for you to join (with a 3 day trial available). There IS an "x" in the upper left corner to bypass this, but it is pretty well hidden in with the color scheme. There ARE 2 free plans if you bypass the payment offers; one auto 12 hour and one manual.

Thank you for your feedback and sorry for the inconvenience! You can reject the free trial offer which is followed by a premium plan, and continue using the limited app version. For this simply tap the corresponding button on the offer screen.
