Welcome to the Buffalo Rehab Group App! Log on to access your personalized Home Exercise Program on your mobile device.

Using this app, you can access your personalized Home Exercise Program with HD Instructional videos. On the 'Messages' tab, you can securely communicate with your Buffalo Rehab Group provider. As you complete your exercises, we'll give you trophies and medals to celebrate your progress!

On the 'Awards' tab, you can track these items. Prefer a language other than English? Go to the 'More' tab and select 'Languages' to pick another language option. If you need to book an appointment, please go to the 'Appointments' tab for more info. Make sure to select 'Mark as Complete' when doing your exercises to ensure that your provider can keep track of your progress!

You must be a Buffalo Rehab Group patient to gain access.

I got locked out of my account and spent several days going around in circles with technical support which solved nothing. I found a printout of my exercise program, so I will be using that not the app. The website is equally difficult to use.

Easy to use, helps keep track of progress; really like the feature with the video to refresh my memory about exercise specifics. Appreciate having the chat option although I haven't needed it yet.

Most recent update has slowed down log-in considerably (~30 seconds) and rendered provider chat feature unusable. Cannot see what you're typing because keyboard covers entire text input field and you can't read complete messages due to the interface cutting most of it off. Please fix.
