The game is becoming trash day by day. The ping is always high, frame freezing, slow rendering is almost becoming a daily routine. Can't see enemies, don't know whether the jump button is working or not as the frame is freezed inside a room and after a while HP goes down. Without launching new mode please take care about the server response, because the rendering issue is high enough to cause someone irritated and finally stops the game forever.

I accidentally spent 300 UC due to a UI lag/glitch in the Collection Showroom, and despite reaching out immediately without using the item, the support team gave a copy-paste reply and closed the ticket.
