My Gresham helps you stay connected to your City. With My Gresham, you can submit a service request – fix a pothole, replace a sign, report graffiti, and more. Your request is instantly routed to the right person in the right department at City Hall. This means your request is responded to quickly and you’ll be notified as soon as the service is complete. My Gresham is also a great way to get City news and emergency notifications.

Ratings and reviews

Not much help. Tried reporting a problem where I live, but I couldn't. The email would've been traced back to my name, & it would not have had a great outcome. So, the app is basically useful to me.

When the Android app stopped working recently, and it wouldn't load. On a Samsung, I had to clear the app data, and the app cache, to get it working again.

Used to work. No longer works. Happy to see by reading other reviews. It's not me. It's the app Uninstalling! Guess, it's running as well as any government these days! :(
