I like to update every year. still a garbage app. completely null with trying to connect to any phone. worst Bluetooth I've ever known to exist in all of my life. edit after a year or so: Bluetooth is much better. actually connects to the device as it was supposed to. took many years for this issue to be fixed though. but it's fixed

My experience with Puffco has been frustrating. I downloaded the app when I received my device and began updating the firmware. In the middle of that, my device turned off and never turned back on again. Battery immediately zapped. Puffco customer support won't return my email. Unbelieveable. Hundreds of dollars down the drain.

Honestly, you would think that after all these years, the app would run better. I just got a 3D XL yesterday and was able to connect to my app, but today, despite uninstalling the app, reinstalling, forgetting the device on bluetooth, and repairing, I can't l sync my device lol. Puffco knows how to make good devices, no doubt. But the app? Terrible.
