The unit itself is not too shabby, but the app can make the experience stressful. I've had the Puffco Peak Pro for a while and faced a lot of app problems that are in the other reviews. Currently the app is saying the Pro is "Found" but interrupting connection at 70%. I've tried everything to connect, unpaired device, re-paired, and so on, but now the device will simply not connect at all. It was helpful to actually view battery life, with the price I'd think that would be standard.

The app is incapable of saving settings. This is very frustrating if you don't want to configure the temperature and duration every time. When will you people fix this issue??? App is now totally dead. Uninstalled and reinstalled and I can't get past the first screen. Using an up-to-date S21 Ultra. Update two years later and the same problems still persist. Customer support is useless.

This is probably the worst app on the entire play store. No matter what I do it just won't connect to my device. I got it to work on my tablet for a while but that stops working too. During paring is constantly stops at 30% so I literally can't even use my device with the app so I'm stuck with whatever settings are on it already. Terrible app.
