The Board tab displays your setup errands in simple status lanes, making it easy to see what is pending, what is in progress, and what is done at a glance. You can tap any errand card to update details quickly as your event prep changes. The Add tab gives you a compact form for creating new errands, editing existing ones, saving updates, or deleting items you no longer need. The Search tab helps you find errands instantly with live filtering by title, zone, or status. The Overview tab acts like a dashboard, showing counters for pending, doing, and done errands so you can track readiness without digging through your list. It also highlights recently updated errands for a fast review before guests arrive. Everything is stored locally on your device, so your planning notes stay available right where you need them. The app supports a straightforward create, read, update, and delete workflow that keeps planning simple and practical. Its focused layout is ideal for one-phone event prep when you want to stay organized without extra complexity.
