Relate shows planned visits from home care and presents them to the individual citizen. They can see their planning for when they will be carried out, by whom, and what the visits will contain.

The app is currently available in a select number of municipalities in collaboration with their Social Services Office. We are actively working to make it available throughout Sweden.
The app gives users insight into scheduled home care visits, including information about times, assigned staff and planned activities. It does not offer medical advice, diagnostics or treatment. The app is developed in collaboration with municipal social services and is intended to improve transparency and planning for individuals receiving home care.
