The 3 day trial is USELESS because the achievement box at the top blocks the X to close the window on the pop-up ad to get 75% off. I can't TRY any advanced features in this very short 3 day time window because you won't make the achievement box (which I care nothing about) go away or to be disabled, so I cannot go past the popup ad to even TRY the advanced features. Screw that! I guess you don't want my money because I'm not putting up with such poor planning. This gave me MORE STRESS!

After weeks of waiting, I received my device and have a premium app subscription. The app stopped working and when I reported the issue, the instructions I received were explanations like I was in the app. I couldn't get past the log in screen, even though I have been using it for 2 weeks. Now I'm stuck with a device I can't use and an not being offered anymore than "press Connect", "make sure location services are on." It's super frustrating for tech support not to read the issue and ignore me

After being able to use it for a month or so, the app suddenly stopped working. I can't sign in, so the equipment is useless. When I first got the device, I had sign-in problems and although customer service responded promptly they provided no helpful advice. I ended up solving it on my own then, but I'm tired of it happening again for no reason. I'll probably stop using this device and see if I can get a refund soon.
