Ratings and reviews

The app is needed to run the Pulsetto, but after following the instructions, I'm unable to register an account on the app. I emailed customer support, and I received an immediate auto-response, but no solution or outreach. The Pulsetto is an expensive device, and I'm unable to use it because the app doesn't work and no solutions are being offered. If this isn't resolved soon, I will be requesting a refund or charge back.

The app insists that I am connected to the device and goes into sessions as if there is no problem, but the device is in no way paired to my phone. The light on the device is solid green as though it is connected, but the device does absolutely nothing no matter what the settings are dialed to. It is unclear whether the app is at fault or if the device itself is faulty, but I cannot recommend Pulsetto. The support guides are embarrassingly bad. "Make sure the device is on" is the extent of it!

Worked well until all the sign-in options were updated, but now I can't sign in, sign up, or reset my password, which renders the expensive hardware unusable. Fixed but shook that a device I purchased could be blocked by a software update. If they choose to they could purposely not support the device. I'm getting burnt out on the subscribe to everything model of software.
