Edit: The app has been down the past 2 evenings. This has reset my progress that I work so hard to attain (you earn badges, but now I won't). This also is affecting my sleep and my anxiety significantly, not having the app or device available. I pay for a premium membership, on top of the steep price for the device, so this is pretty upsetting to say the least. The app is unreliable, therefore the device is not usable all the time. Original: Amazing so far. I've only used it once.

So many things went wrong. First it auto subscribes you. Absolutely not. went immediately in and unsubscribed. Second, it popped up after 4 minutes of use and asked if I loved the app. Way too soon to tell so that was annoying. Now the app won't even open. just sure and spins. oh, and the charger they sent is broken. Also, what is up with all the ridiculous sales ads. Hurry, buy now! it's on sale! Makes it seem like a huge scam. Guess they really want bad reviews and another return.

you have to pay a huge monthly fee to use all aspects of the device. App doesn't always work. Device is expensive but not entirely sure it even works. Pulsetto, work on your app so it is more reliable. It's really annoying how unreliable it is. For something this expensive, there shouldn't be so many issues.
