Can no longer book a service appointment under the Garage heading or use "book now" under the Home heading. It just loads forever. I've force stopped, cleared cache and restarted my phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing helps.

zero customer service. Every time I use the app I get zero credit for any services. I have to call and email over and over again . what's the point of using an app that doesn't work? when I use it to book an appt the dealership completely disregards the appt

I just installed the app. "log in or sign up" link only let's existing accounts sign in. you have to use "forgot password" to create the account it seems.
