The app sucks. Did you even user test it? There are too many issues for me to even bother listing. A bad digital experience reflects really badly on your brand. Why would you cheap out on this. As of writing this, its the 2nd time I've thought about getting some Lone Star wanting to redeem vouchers and get some rewards, but I've just given up. That's $100+ of lost revenue. Jeezus.

The app details say that you earn a $20 credit for every $200 spent, however when you actually download the app, the return stated is a $15 credit off every $300 spent. This is pretty misleading as the actual return is half of what they are stating in the app details. Not a 1 star review though as the app is a great idea. I love lonestar restaurants, especially the ones outside of larger towns, so having the ability to store credit will be great. They are silent on whether it expires though...

Free dessert offer is a scam. You download app, say redeem and then when you get to the restaurant they say you can't have it unless you told them at the start of your order. And because you clicked redeem...which it prompts you to its now invalid. Terrible App.terrible service. SCAM
