To actually have the app be useful for any reason other than looking at pictures or puppies, in addition to any other fee they charge you when they adopt one, they also charge a subscription fee, not to mention there is an absurd amout of ads. This is extremely surprising and sad coming from a service whose purpose is to adopt out puppies, which is one of the most innocent things I can think of. Why does absolutely everything have to be a cash grab these days?

I have found several puppies to adopt, unfortunately I can't speak with anyone. I signed up and paid my 10 dollars. Cannot get a response from anyone. Also way to many adds, interfering with rest of site. It should not be this hard for a senior to find a companion. Please refund my money.
