Pure Air Hydration is the companion app for the PureAir10 and PureAir20 atmospheric water generators, the machines that make clean drinking water out of the humidity already in the air around you.

Register your machine, keep an eye on its condition, manage your rental plan and reach a real person when you need help, all in one place.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Register your machine
Add your PureAir10 or PureAir20 using the order number from your confirmation email and it appears in your account straight away.

See your machines at a glance
Status, installation details and when the next service is due, for every machine you own or rent.

Manage your rental plan
Review your plan, what it covers, your payment history and your invoices.

Order a machine
Pick your model, then buy it outright or rent it with maintenance and filters included: the PureAir20 by the month, the PureAir10 by the week or the month. Rental is available in Thailand only. You can also reserve a PureAir20 with a deposit. Checkout is handled securely by Stripe.

Stay ahead of maintenance
Reminders for filter replacement and descaling, so the water stays as clean as the day it was installed.

Get support
Message the Pure Air Hydration team directly and follow your service requests through to resolution.

Notifications you actually want
Turn each type of update on or off: deliveries, billing, maintenance, service requests and account security.

SECURITY
Sign in with email and password or with Google. Two-factor authentication and an optional app PIN protect your account.

English, Thai, Chinese, French and Hebrew.

PureAir10 and PureAir20 machines are sold, delivered and serviced in Thailand. A Pure Air Hydration account is required to use this app.
