4 hours a day.
That's the average time a person spends on their cell phone.
Now imagine transforming some of that time into healthy habits, more focus, and more control.
PushTime is a digital wellness app that helps you reduce excessive cell phone use in a practical and positive way. Instead of just blocking apps, PushTime proposes a fair exchange: exercise frees up screen time.
How it works:
Set usage limits for each app.
When you reach the limit, complete quick exercises.
Each completed challenge frees up more screen time.
No equipment.
No gym.
No guilt.
Key features:
Individual time control per app.
Short exercises to free up extra minutes.
Daily challenges to create consistent habits.
Simple and objective interface.
Focus on discipline, health, and digital well-being.
Unlike other time management apps, PushTime doesn't rely solely on willpower. It transforms cell phone use into a conscious reward system, helping you create a healthier relationship with technology.
Your screen time doesn't have to be wasted.
With PushTime, it starts working in your favor.
Some features require a subscription for full access.
USE OF THE ACCESSIBILITY API (AccessibilityService API):
PushTime uses the Android Accessibility Service API to provide the app blocking feature. This functionality allows the user to manage their screen time, blocking access to distracting apps chosen by the user after the defined time limit.
How we use this API:
Activity Monitoring: We detect which app is in the foreground to check if it's part of your block list.
App Blocking: We prevent access to the focused app by displaying a personalized PushTime lock screen when the time expires or the limit is reached.
Privacy and Transparency:
We do not collect, store, or share any personal or sensitive data through the Accessibility API.
The use of this API is optional and serves exclusively for the application's main screen time control functionality.
