About this app

STOP SCROLLING. START PUSHING.

Push Up Time, also known as RepLock, helps you reduce distracting app use by turning screen time into a push-up challenge. Choose the apps that distract you most, start a focus session, and when your limit is reached, Push Up Time shows a blocker screen that guides you back into the app to complete a push-up challenge.

How it works:
1. Choose distracting apps such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or X.
2. Set your screen time or focus limit.
3. When a selected app is opened during a blocking session, Push Up Time shows a blocker screen.
4. Complete push-ups using the camera-based workout tracker.
5. Earn a break and return to your apps with more intention.

Push Up Time is built for people who want a stricter, more active alternative to normal focus timers and screen time reminders. It combines app blocking, fitness challenges, and habit tracking to help you build discipline and reduce mindless scrolling.

Features:
- App blocker for user-selected distracting apps
- Push-up challenges to earn screen time breaks
- Camera-based AI workout tracker to count push-up reps
- Focus sessions for studying, working, training, or reducing doomscrolling
- On-device app blocking flow designed to help you stay accountable

Accessibility Service Disclosure:
Push Up Time uses Android Accessibility Service as part of its core app-blocking feature. When you choose apps to block, the service detects foreground app/window changes so Push Up Time can recognize when one of your selected distracting apps is opened and show the push-up challenge/blocker screen.

Push Up Time does not use Accessibility Service to record audio, read private messages, capture screen contents, change device settings, prevent users from disabling or uninstalling the app, or share Accessibility Service data with third parties. The service is used only for user-selected app detection and blocker activation.

Stop scrolling. Start pushing. Build better screen habits with Push Up Time.
