There is so much this app lacks. Where is: 1) the promised plate calculator? 2) promised warmup timer? At least for barbell exercises? 3) possibility to enter and track bodyweight and other metrics? 4) possibility to set default weight increase automatically and how often? 5) export function? 6) storage on cloud? 7) diagrams / images of what muscles each exercise is working 8) visual exercise tutorial with each exercise explained and video with correct technique 9) basic help on app 10) link to app community page and forums, etc. 11) built in training programs and algorithm to detect plateaus and suggested workarounds, etc..
I went through a few apps But only this one has the flexibility I needed. The large visual timer is awesome and extremely useful. Had a problem with inputting older data which the developer replied to within a few hours. All this absolutely free. !!!
By far the best free app I've found. Cloud sync would be awesome (DropBox at least) in order to just backup for now, maybe export .xml or .xls in future, and the ability to group your routines together, instead of all of them just under "my routines"... Sub folders would be good. Otherwise, great job guys... Hope to see some added functionality with future updates.
One of the best training apps out there. I have tried a few and none have been this simple and effective.
It's simple, but really effective, especially if you know what your doing. Love the fact that you can build your own program and strength information is stored
Flexible app. Clean presentation. I tried many other workout routine apps and this one everything I needed. Big plus that it includes the premade Strong Lifts protocols.
